The bottom rail design features precut slots for ground spikes or cement screws, allowing for easy installation in concrete or directly on the ground.

VariBest Installation Instructions
1. Use a plumb bob to find the points on the ground exactly under the corners of the home. Connect the points with a chalk line. Align the ground channel over chalk line. Then use ground spikes to fasten the skirting’s ground channel along the chalk lines.
2. To go around corners, just notch, bend the ground channels, and attach them to the ground. Don’t cut them.
3. Working in a straight line along the bottom of the home, screw or nail the top back rail onto the home all around.
4. Cut the panels to the height you need, angling them on bottom to correspond to the ground angle. With your snap-lock tool, punch tabs in the center of the face along both top and bottom edges of the cut panel sections. Be sure to punch so that the tabs extend outward to catch on the rail. Interlock several panels at a time, then set them into the ground channel. At corners, just bend panels; they’re flexible. Don’t cut them.
5. Snap the top front rail into the top back rail and you’re finished.
